Capitol Impact, LLC, is a Sacramento based consulting firm dedicated to improving policy and practice in California, with a particular emphasis on public education. The firm's scope of practice is in two distinct areas – (1) policy development and (2) project management and implementation.
The principals of Capitol Impact — Christopher Cabaldon, Rick Miller, and Jay Schenirer— have extensive experience in strategy, innovation, policy, and action. They have built solid relationships with members of the Legislature and the Administration. Capitol Impact Director of Communications Hilary McLean handles media and public relations issues and strategy.
